There is a great need to share information within and between communities and through all tiers of society. Information is a most important currency but like so many other resources it is unevenly distributed.

The information highway is buzzing like never before as a result of technical advances and online accessibility. Yet quality content is sadly lacking. The human population is dangerously flooded by disinformation and triviality.
